So with build speed being of key importance, Travelodge opted for the benefits of timberframe for its Guildford portfolio addition, resulting in an eight-week completion for the internal structure.

This award winning Endeavour Housing Association scheme was designed to offer spacious 2 bedroom accommodation for elderly people with care needs in a secure environment, together with communal support facilities.
A selection of the extensive facilities such as the bistro and beauty salon are open to the public and offer a fantastic service to the community.
In line with their ambitious growth plans, Travelodge required an efficient build programme to help limit construction time on site and maximise room revenue. Therefore timber frame became the obvious choice for this 4 storey structure, located in the busy South Shore area of the seaside town.
