This project formed part of John Prescott’s Eco Village from the government’s Sustainable Communities Plan, which named the town as a key focus in the Milton Keynes & South Midlands Growth Area. The focus on sustainability meant the client sought the most energy efficient construction methods available, therefore timber frame became the obvious choice due to its impressive environmental credentials.
