All Robertson Timberkit homes conform to the latest Scottish and UK-wide building standards and requirements set down by the National House Building Council (NHBC) and Zurich.

Robertson Timberkit is already working towards designing and producing timberframe buildings that will meet even tougher fire, thermal and acoustic standards soon to be brought into force. Standard Robertson Timberkit products exceed the minimum requirements and we're currently working towards the new Scottish Building Regulations (2010) which will put even greater emphasis on carbon reduction.
