Anglo Holt, Travelodge Sunbury

In line with their ambitious growth plans Travelodge required an efficient build programme to help limit construction time on site and maximise room revenue. This 4 storey structure, located just off the busy M3, utilised many innovative construction technologies such as bathroom pods to help speed up the build process and minimise defects, therefore timber frame became the obvious choice for our client. Each bedroom featured substantial sound proofing to minimise acoustic travel, and thick external timber walls to enhance the thermal properties.

The large T-shaped building featured a vehicle drive thru area providing cover to the front entrance area, enhancing the customer arrival experience and the aesthetic appearance of the building.
