Anglo Holt, Travelodge Guildford

As a commercial accommodation provider, Travelodge view new projects from the perspective that the longer they take to build, the more potential room revenue they lose out on. So with build speed being of key importance, Travelodge opted for the benefits of timberframe for its Guildford portfolio addition, resulting in an eight-week completion for the internal structure. This five-storey 150-bed Travelodge featured an integral leisure centre.
