Robertson Timberkit's expertise has been used by many property developers to help them successfully complete exclusive timber frame projects across all regions of the country.

Successfully completed projects include:

• A motorbike test centre in Kirkcaldy for builders William Gray (of Inverness).
• A number of one-off properties for Les Mackie around Moray and the Highlands.
• A selection of developments with West Residential, including luxury homes in a courtyard-setting at Glentarkie near Perth; a development of luxury villas at Auchterhouse near Dundee; and Law Crescent, also in Dundee.
• Various projects with Huntly-based builder Gary Fowlie.
• Supplying timber frames to Melrose based developer JS Crawford.
• A development with Alness-based contractor Pat Munro in 2007 and another timberframe project at Woodside of Culloden.
• Supplying timber frame homes to Elgin-based builder George Innes.
• Our first home for Dumfries contractor DW Construction & Joinery.

Elsewhere, our design and manufacturing expertise was called upon by a developer of holiday chalets in Cornwall.
