Robertson Timberkit is one of the largest timber frame companies in the UK producing both specialist and volume supply of timber frame ranging from one-off homes right up to major six-storey apartment blocks and care facilities.

Robertson Timberkit currently operate from three locations across the UK, Elgin, Seaham and Stirling

ELGIN - Moray
Our original manufacturing facility in Elgin has played a leading role in specialist timberframe housing in Scotland since 1986. It is staffed with a team of skilled and experienced staff, including a number of specialist craftsmen producing unique works for many of our bespoke developer and self-build clients.
The Elgin factory is equipped with the latest in design and production equipment and software, including CAD and CNC controlled automated panel-making technology.

SEAHAM - County Durham
Since 2003, Robertson Timberkit has built a significant and growing presence in England and Wales, serviced primarily from our facility in Seaham, County Durham.
Robertson Timberkit's expansion into England and Wales was as a direct response to industry demand for additional off-site manufacturing facilities.
The Seaham factory has three main production lines and an additional line for the production of I-joists. .
In 2007, further investment led to improvements in the volume automated production capacity in line with the requirements of our extensive client base.

STIRLING - Stirlingshire
Our main headquarters building is the hub for our design, estimating and project management teams.
